We keep the route tight on purpose — same morning, same person only works if we are not driving an hour between yards. Most of our weekly customers live in Mesquite proper, just over LBJ in Garland, east toward Sunnyvale and Forney along US-80, or southwest toward Balch Springs.

- Yes. We prefer weekly or bi-weekly customers because the lawn stays healthier, but we do one-time cuts, pre-listing yard prep, and rental turnovers when it makes sense.
- Flat-rate per visit, billed at the end of the month. Venmo, Zelle, check, or cash — whatever works for you. We send a single invoice on the 1st rather than a charge after every cut.
- We push to the next dry day, usually within 24 to 48 hours, and text you the night before so you are not guessing. You will hear from us if it slips beyond that.
- Yes. General liability on every property and coverage on the crew. Happy to send the certificate to your HOA or property manager.
